This 70 story mixed-use high rise building is immediately adjacent to two transit stops on the “Gold Coast” of Jersey City. It contain multiple uses including a supermarket on the basement level, three levels of retail, parking, offices, conference center/sky lobby, hotel, housing, sky lounge/restaurant, and solar collectors as the roof feature. The ground level has active retail edges, compelling landscaped sidewalks a large active public plaza with a glass roof with glass walls that retract in good weather. This project was developed in association with Dean Marchetto Architects.
