StoneTown  Hamlet, New York

Designed by a Nelessen Associates and constructed  by Ted Spawl, this was one of the first hamlet/cluster designs that was guided by the standards set forth in the book by A Nelessen called Visions for a New American Dream, Process Principles and an Ordinance to Plan and Design Small Communities.  The hamlet contains 26 units focused on a public green and surrounded by

preserved farm lands. All garage units were served by an residential lane in the rear of the lot.
